How to make a signature
- Choose "Draw it" or "Type it".
- Draw in the box with your finger, mouse or pen, or type your name and pick a style.
- Choose black or blue ink, then tap "Download signature (PNG)".
Good to know
The PNG has a see-through background, so it sits cleanly on any document, invoice or email signature. The space around the signature is trimmed off.
To sign a PDF directly, use Fill & sign PDF: it lets you draw, type or upload a signature and place it on the page.

Is a drawn or typed signature legally valid?
Many everyday documents accept an electronic signature, but some need a handwritten or specially certified one by law. Check what the document requires.
Is my signature saved anywhere?
No. It is made on this page on your device, and only you download it.
Can I change the ink colour after drawing?
Yes. Switch between black and blue at any time; your drawing keeps its shape.
