Do the same thing to many PDFs

Add your PDFs, choose what to do with every one of them, and download them all in one ZIP. Your files stay on your device: nothing is uploaded.

Your files are processed on this device, and nothing is uploaded. Once the tool has finished your first file, it keeps working in airplane mode. Check it yourself

How to do the same thing to many PDFs

  1. Tap "Choose PDF files" or drop them onto the box.
  2. Choose what to do: compress, add page numbers, add a watermark, rotate, add a password or flatten, and set its options.
  3. Tap the button and download all the PDFs in one ZIP.

Good to know

Each PDF is done on its own, one after the other, with the same engine as the single tool, so a phone’s memory only holds one at a time. A PDF that can’t be done is named, with the reason, and the others go on.

Each PDF keeps its name, with a word added: invoice-compressed.pdf, invoice-numbered.pdf and so on.

Up to 3 PDFs at a time are free. Plus and Enterprise do as many as the plan takes at a time.

Questions

Which actions can be done to many PDFs?

Compress, add page numbers, add a watermark, rotate every page, add a password, and flatten forms and comments. Bates numbering, which numbers several PDFs in one run, has its own tool.

Do all the PDFs get the same password?

Yes. Every PDF in the batch gets the password you type. Keep it safe: we never see or store it.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Every PDF is done by your browser on your device.
