Questions about plans
Are my files uploaded on a paid plan?
No. Every plan works the same way: the tools run in your browser, on your own device. A paid account only knows your email address and your plan, never your files.
Who handles the payment?
Our online reseller Paddle.com handles orders and payments. It is the merchant of record, which means it charges you, adds sales tax or VAT where your country requires it, and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
Are the prices in US dollars?
Yes. Depending on your country, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, and your bank may convert the amount to your own currency.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You won’t be charged again, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of any payment. See our refund policy.
